What are wax melts?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax designed to be gently heated in a wax warmer to release their fragrance, enhancing the ambience of your environment.
How do I know when to change each melt?
Once you can no longer smell the fragrance, carefully remove the wax and dispose of it as per your safety instructions and replace with a fresh piece or two depending how big your warmer is.
Are wax melts safe to use around my pets?
I would recommend checking the allergy information then consulting your vet. You can find all allergy ingredients on the same page as your chosen scent and then research the contents. This will help you decide if to purchase and use wax melts around your pets.
What delivery service do you use?
We mainly use Royal Mail Second Class.
How long does each delivery service take?
Royal Mail Second Class - please see Royal Mail website for delivery lead times. For Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class see here. Please be mindful due to the current pandemic circumstances, some Royal Mail services may be disrupted and take a little longer.

Do you offer a click & collect service?
We are currently offering a limited click and collect service. Please email us to confirm at elysianscentswaxmelts@gmail.com
Do you offer a local delivery service?
Yes! Place your order through the website as usual and at checkout select local delivery then sit back and relax. If for some reason you cannot see this option at checkout please email, or send us a message via email, text or social media and we can send you a manual invoice and deliver direct to your door.
How long does it take for collection?
We aim to get your order ready within the hour of you placing it. We just need to put those special finishing touches to them before they are ready. Please wait for your collection email before you travel.
How long does it take for a local delivery?
Our delivery area is within a 5 mile radius of S61 (that's 5 miles from Greasbrough). Deliveries are accumulated and delivered on a Saturday. Parcels will be posted through your letterbox or a knock on your door if it's a large parcel. Please ensure children and pets DO NOT OPEN the delivery.
How long should I wait to contact you if I still haven't received my order?
Please leave 14 working days from despatch of your order before you contact us. You can email us at elysianscentswaxmelts@gmail.com. We aim to get back to you within 1-2 business working days.
Can I return an item for a refund?
You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return an item. Each return will be dealt with on a case by case basis and the 'buyer' will pay for all return postage costs. Please see our refund policy here.
