Shipping policy

Elysian Scents Wax Melts aim to offer you the best shipping options.  We want to ensure that we provide you with the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.  

  • Processing time: Once your order is received through our website, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business working days.
  • Despatch time: Once your order has been picked, checked, and packed, we aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business working days.  
  • Delivery locations:  We only ship to the UK and USA Mainland. Our method of shipping is either Royal Mail or Standard delivery with Evri.  The method of shipping varies due to Royal Mail strikes.  Royal Mail is our preferred method of delivery.  UK delivery time is 2-4 days.
  • Packaging:  Depending on the size of your parcel we will ship all orders in Large Letter PIP postal boxes.  If your order is larger than this, then we will send your order out in a small/medium or large cardboard box.
  • Delivery cost for parcels up to 700g is £3.59
  • Delivery cost for parcels over 701g is £4.59
  • We now ship to the USA Mainland.  Delivery cost for parcels up to 250g is $16.48 and the cost for parcels up to 1KG is $28.55.
  • USA delivery time is 2-11 days
